The Maxwell 16 Mouse Tail DNA Purification Kit is designed for use with the Maxwell 16 Instrument. The kit is optimized for DNA purification from mouse tails, ear punches and other tissue. You get consistent yield and purity from easy-to-use automation. For genomic DNA purification from mouse tissue, the Maxwell 16 System is the only system that makes purification from tissue as easy as purification from blood or cells. The action of the plunger grinds solid tissue samples directly in the lysis buffer in the prefilled reagent cartridges. Integrated grinding replaces time- and labor-intensive use of lytic enzymes such as proteinase K or manual tissue grinding prior to purification.
